What we don't collect

RepBlocker has no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no accounts. Specifically:

• No camera footage or images are stored or transmitted. Video frames are processed in memory by the on-device AI model and immediately discarded.
• No usage analytics or crash reporting is collected.
• No personally identifiable information is collected.
• No third-party SDKs that collect data are included.

What stays on your device

• Workout history — rep counts and timestamps stored in local UserDefaults.
• App selection — which apps you've chosen to block, managed by Apple's FamilyControls framework.
• Settings — your challenge configuration, stored locally.

Permissions

• Camera — used only during workouts for real-time pose detection. No images are saved or transmitted.
• Screen Time / Family Controls — used to block and unblock your selected apps. Managed entirely by Apple's on-device framework.
• Notifications — optional, used to remind you to start a challenge.
• Speech Recognition — optional, on-device only, used for voice labeling during workouts.
• Motion — used to detect phone orientation during workouts.

Third-party services

RepBlocker uses MediaPipe PoseLandmarker by Google, which runs entirely on-device. No data is sent to Google or any other third party. The model file is bundled with the app.

Children's privacy

RepBlocker does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app uses Apple's Screen Time APIs, which are designed for personal use by the device owner.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date.
